WHAT TO EXPECT
Spectators will have their own share of excitement and activities.
Emerald Resort and Casino is the venue for this years event. Less than an hour from Johannesburg, the venue combines a tranquil, luxury escape with exciting gaming, resort experiences and entertainment for the entire family. Watch all the action at the REBEL Renegade Games and spend time playing, relaxing and taking in the sights.
Workout during the weekend with guided CrossFit sessions hosted by CrossFit REF or take on a challenging Concept Cardio X Hyrox session.
Attend a seminar hosted by Tye Arnett from Vive Group who has helped 1600 box owners in 56 different countries to grow their businesses.
Lukas Högberg, the 3rd place finisher at the 2018 CrossFit Games will be at the event hosting a special seminar, and Matt Hurn, a SA National Weightlifting Coach will also be sharing his insights.
And for those looking to commemorate the experience with some new ink, you can book a session at the tattoo booth with Nick and Jinx who will be on site all weekend.

- CrossFit REF will be running throughout the weekend, with a number of activations and classes for supporters to attend. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for details to sign up.
